Conaway Continues MLRA Season with Lucas Oil Speedway Fall Nationals

Jeremy Conaway and the Fifteen21 Motorsports team returned to Lucas Oil Midwest Latemodel Racing Association (MLRA) competition over the weekend.

A stout field of 33 registered for Friday’s opening round of the 7th Annual Fall Nationals at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Mo. Jeremy posted the seventh fastest time in his qualifying group to earn the fourth starting position for his heat race.

Slipping to a sixth place run in his heat would send Conaway to a B-Main. With the Top-6 transferring to the $3,000-to-win feature, Jeremy locked his spot into the main event with a third-place finish. Starting the 40-lapper in 19th, Conaway advanced five positions to record a 14th-place finish.

The team returned on Saturday to battle for a $5,000 top prize in the Fall Nationals finale. Unfortunately, a broken oil would end their night before it ever got started.
