Top-10 finish with Lucas Oil MLRA at 81 Speedway

On Friday evening, Blair Nothdurft visited 81 Speedway (Park City, Kan.) to compete in the Lucas Oil Midwest LateModel Racing Association (MLRA) doubleheader to kick off the 2022 campaign. In a field of 39 cars, Nothdurft edged his way into the opening night feature with the fourth-and-final transfer spot in his heat. The following night, Blair timed in seventh-fastest in his group before placing third in his heat. Starting the $7,000-to-win A-Main in 10th, Nothdurft clawed forward one spot in the 35-lapper to register a ninth-place finish.
